Friars hoping Aylesbury won’t be a Ghost Town for The Specials ticket sale
Could the queue end up looking like this as it did for The Police gig in 1982?
The countdown is on until tickets go on sale for The Specials at the Waterside Theatre.
The Bucks Herald exclusively revealed the 70’s/80’s ska band would be playing in Aylesbury on May 3 as part of the comeback for the world renowned Friars Club.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow (Saturday) at the theatre between 10am and 2pm and promoter/founding member of the club, David Stopps, will be hoping to see a repeat of long queue lines snaking out of the theatre as they did 40 years ago at so many other Friars gigs.
Tickets cost £35 for standing, £37.50 for seats. There will be a limit of two tickets per person.
After the 2pm deadline has passed tickets will then go on sale online at www.atgtickets.com/venues/aylesbury-waterside-theatre
