Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

MUKARAM SHAH, 45, of Waverley Walk, Aylesbury. On August 11 in Tring Road, Aylesbury, drove while using a handheld mobile phone. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Licence endorsed with three points, fined £90, costs £310, victim surcharge £20.

MARC BARRIE LYONS, 32, of Oxhey Drive, Watford. On March 22 in Bracken Way, Aylesbury was in possession in a public place of a sheath knife. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JOHN CRISP, 52, of Cambridge Street, Aylesbury. On January 26 in Aylesbury assaulted a male occasioning him actual bodily harm. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Awaiting sentence.

AKINJIDE AKINOLA, 29, of Two Mile Ash, Milton Keynes. 1) On November 20 in Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury had in his possession a document so closely resembling a driving licence so as to be calculated to deceive. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 2) Same date/ location, drove black Nissan Juke without a licence. Pleaded guilty. 3) On same date, without the consent of the owner took a black Nissan Juke. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Licence endorsed with three points, costs £750, victim surcharge £15.
