Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates Court include:

AARON MACKENZIE, 24, of Cromwell Avenue, Aylesbury. On June 9 in Prince Rupert Drive drove a Ford Fiesta van while not wearing a seatbelt. Proved in absence. Fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ABDUL KARDAR, 19, of Humber Drive, Aylesbury. On September 9 in Humber Drive had in his possession one small deal weap of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £80, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

THOMAS COLIN YOUNG, 25, of Sheerstock, Haddenham. On November 10 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, drove silver Volkswagen Golf after consuming 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £310, costs £85, victim surcharge £31.

PRZEMJSLAW SIOMA, 27, of George Street, Aylesbury. On November 11 in Amersham failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in course of drink-drive investigation. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £255, costs £85, victim surcharge £26.

PRZEMYSLAW PAWEL LAZAR, 30, of Hampden Gardens, Aylesbury. 1) On July 9 in Station Way, Aylesbury threatening words/ behaviour towards two police officers with intent to cause fear of violence. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 2) Same date/ location urged his mixed breed dog to attack, worry or put fear in two police officers. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 3) Same date/ location assaulted a police officer in the execution of her duty. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

FRANCESCO FORLENZA, 32, of Masons Court, Aylesbury. On June 3 in Aylesbury had in his possession 0.18g of Methedrone, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £100, costs £300, victim surcharge £20.

DAVID PAUL UNSWORTH, 43, of Tring Road, Wendover. 1) On February 8 in Aylesbury Road, Wendover, drove Mitsubishi without insurance and licence. Proved in absence. 2) On February 8 in Walton Grove drove Mitsubishi without insurance or licence. Proved in absence. 3) On February 10 in Wendover Road, Aylesbury, drove Mitsubishi without insurance or licence. Proved in absence. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Also fined £150, costs £80, victim surcharge £20.

CHARLOTTE CATHERINE DRIVER, 25, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On May 25 on the A416 Stoke Hammond bypass drove without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £350, costs £85, victim surcharge £35.

OWAIN JOHN GIBBY, 28, of Pine Street, Aylesbury. On June 7 in Oxford Road, Denham, drove while using a mobile phone. Proved in absence. Licence endorsed with three points. Fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

DAVID MICHAEL PRICE, 29, of Grove Way, Waddesdon. 1) On September 30 in Thame made off without paying for £126 worth of fuel. Pleadded guilty. 2) On October 25 stole cosmetics worth £41 from Tesco Broadfields. Pleaded guilty. Must have treatment for drug dependency. Victim surcharge £60.

SUSANNE CAMPBELL, 30, of Poets Chase, Aylesbury. On September 13 in Wendover Road, Stoke Mandeville drove after consuming 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 17 months, fined £750, costs £85, victim surcharge £75.
