Thame ladies fly away with victory over the Hawks

Thame ladies’ first team started the second half of the season in fine form with a 3-2 win over Oxford Hawks fourths at the weekend.

Thame showed some great passing and attacking moves, but at times left themselves open to counter attacks.

It resulting in Oxford Hawks showing why they have moved up to third in the Division Two table.

Goals came from Clare Harris (two) and Mia Brunner.

Man of the match was Jenny Alexandra for her out standing defensive and attacking play.

Weather permitting, the ladies play local rivals Wycombe away this weekend.
