SOME of the world’s best squash players are coming to Thame this weekend to compete at the Racquets Refurb Graded Squash Tournament.
The event has been organised after £30,000 was spent on refurbishing the courts and players such as World University Champion Joel Hinds will be there.
He will be joined by World Junior Champion Anthony Graham and Oxfordshire’s Scott Handley, who is ranked 41st in the world.
As well as the top stars, there will be athletes competing from the fitness centre including Will John and Alex Noakes.
There will be free entry for free members and their guests to spectate, with the final taking place at 3pm on Sunday.
The competition itself will run from January 21-23 with a prize of £500 up for grabs.
