A CALAMITOUS goalkeeper display gifted Aylesbury FC all three points against AFC Hayes as they came away 4-1 winners.
Having gone 1-0 down in the first half, FC came out after the break and were soon level thanks to Gareth Price scoring straight from the corner.
The keeper was not helped by the blustering wind, but he misjudged the cross and it ended in the top corner of the net.
Then it was Danny Mead’s chance to test the troubled keeper, as his long range free kick was again taken by the wind and flew past the flapping Tom McNeil.
FC sealed the points from the spot as Mead dispatched a penalty after Ricky Millar was fouled.
Kieron Schmidt added some gloss to the scoreline late on as he found the bottom corner with the last kick of the game.
The result moves FC up to fifth place, with games in hand against their play-off rivals.
