Aylesbury United keeper Jack Sillitoe stepped up his recovery from injury by playing for Winslow United at the weekend.

Fans’ favourite Sillitoe played for the SML side in order to get some game time as he recovers from his dislocated shoulder.

With Ducks boss Tony Joyce having signed Hemel’s Alex Tokarczyk on an additional month’s loan, the deal will give Sillitoe some much needed minutes under his belt and match fitness.

The spell at Winslow will be the third ‘loan’ of jumping Jack’s career, having previously featured for Chalfont Wasps and Joyce’s old club, Buckingham Town.
