Aylesbury United were well beaten 5-2 by Southern League opposition in the FA Cup Preliminary Round on Saturday.

The Ducks, who have been scoring goals for fun under Tony Joyce, could find no real answer to the quality on show from their opponents who took the lead through Jack Hutchinson after 13 minutes.

Romaine Walker made it 2-0 before half-time and the pair added another goal each before captain Reece Yorke also hit the target in the 67th minute to make it 5-0.

Aylesbury kept fighting until the end though and they had their reward when Marcus Sawyer curled home a consolation, before Warren Garcia added a late second.
