Three more players have signed Calor League forms with Aylesbury United with the big kick-off just over a week away.
Keith Williams, Matt Kimani and Bill Morgan are now all confirmed members of the Aylesbury United squad.
Williams, no relation to his namesake Greg, has been a regular in pre-season since first appearing at Leverstock Green. A left sided defender, he has previously played for Stony Stratford Town and Buckingham Town.
Winger Kimani returns to the Ducks for a second spell, having previously featured for the club in their last Southern League campaign. A spell at university cut his first stay short and prior to that he had played for Arlesey Town and United’s landlords Leighton Town.
Morgan (pictured) is a familiar face to United fans after joining the club towards the end of their promotion and cup winning campaign.
Morgan is described by the club’s official website as a ‘no nonsense defender who will give Tony Joyce another option in the heart of the team’.
He may well be just the replacement United are looking for after key defender John Mulholland was ruled out for what looks to be the entire 2013/14 campaign through injury.
The trio of signings are a welcome boost for the Ducks who will also start the season with top scorer and talismanic striker Stacey Field as well as his strike partner Louis Austin.
