Tring Athletic face one of the biggest weeks of their season with three home games in seven days culminating in a Herts Senior Cup match against League One side Stevenage.
Graham Westley’s side will visit the Grass Roots Stadium on Tuesday night (December 3) where they are likely to field a youthful line-up.
Before that, though, Julian Robinson’s side were due to play a Challenge Cup game at home against Hoddesdon Town last night (Tuesday) after this paper went to press.
Tring are at home again this Saturday when they entertain second placed Hanwell Town at The Grass Roots Stadium for a Premier Division game (3pm).
But the side are going into what promises to be an exciting and challenging week off the back of a 2-0 defeat to fifth placed AFC Dunstable.
Creasey Park has not been a happy hunting ground for the Tring side, they have now failed to win there in 12 visits, not helped by conceding a goal after only 73 seconds.
The Stevenage match promises to attract a large crowd and Tring supporters are urged to turn out in force.
