Weekly walks to aid your Mind and mental health

WEEKLY ‘Walks for Wellbeing’ are to be held in Thame by the Oxfordshire Mind Wellbeing Service.

The walks will promote wellbeing through gentle exercise, being outdoors and socialising with others.

Although the walks will be at a gentle pace, those wishing to attend this course should be in good physical health and able to participate in walking activities.

You will need suitable footwear, clothing and water.

The course days will be run every Tuesday from 2-4pm, from May 1 to June 12, except June 5.
