If you have seen Spiderman running around Thame recently, you may have wondered what was going on.
Disguised as the superhero is Alex Feuchtwanger, who is training for the Royal Parks Half Marathon.
Alex, 22, from Gadge Close, Thame, has been racking up the miles in costume on the town’s streets and the Phoenix Trail ahead of next month’s half-marathon.
He is raising money for the charity KIDS who work with disabled children and their families, with a focus on empowering the kids and their parents.
Alex said: “The KIDS team told me about two fantastic young guys called Uros and Kevin who I’ve been inspired to run for.
“Uros and Kevin both have autism and KIDS staff look after the boys a couple of times a week to give their parents a bit of a break.
“This gives the boys a chance to have fun and explore their local community.
“Spiderman is their favourite superhero.”
