CYCLE rides from villages in the Vale continue this week, starting from Quainton Windmill at 9.30am on Sunday and heading to Winslow and back.
On average a group rides 40 miles each fortnight.
Chairman of Aylesbury Cycling Campaign, Peter Robinson, said: “The rides are open to the general public, but you probably need to have a bit of cycling experience.
“It is the kind of thing that absolutely anyone can aspire to, but you do need to build up to it.
“It is for people who have maybe done the Tour de Vale ride, where there was a 35- or a 55-mile route.” The pace of the ride is described as ‘steady exercise’ or 12mph. Details at www.bucksinfo.net/aylesburycyclingcampaign
