Handsome Eughie and friendly Archie are two pets looking for new homes.

Eughie is a loyal dog looking for new owners to love at The Blue Cross animal rehoming centre in Lewknor.

This gentle six-year-old adores his food and likes nothing better than a titbit of cheese or sausage.

He enjoys pottering around on his walk and is well-behaved on the lead but would be equally content snuggling up on a warm lap.

Eughie is a little worried about other cats and dogs so is looking for a home where he is the only pet.

Nine-year-old Archie came into the centre with his brother Timmy because his owners were sadly no longer able to keep them in the home.

Being a little older, cats like Archie can be overlooked but is still in the prime of life.

Friendly and affectionate, he is outgoing and will come straight over for attention. He also loves exploring the great outdoors so would need a cat flap in his new home.

Archie could live with sensible children of any age, could not live with another cat and has never had contact with dogs so would have to be introduced to them at the centre first.

Eughie and Archie are two lovely boys waiting for a new start – can you give them the homes they deserve? To find out more about adopting them, contact The Blue Cross in London Road, Lewknor, on 0300 777 1500.
