PLANS to put up the first new-build offices in Thame for more than 20 years have been given the green light.
The 25,000 sq ft development of top specification offices are to be built on a brownfield site in Thame.
And the lease for the development site has now been won by SEA-EX Ltd and Westhall Estates Ltd.
Tim Norris-Jones, of NJ Commercial Ltd, which is the acting agent for the development, says the future for the scheme looks to be ‘promising already’.
“These are the first new-build offices in Thame for more than 20 years,” said Mr Norris-Jones.
“We have already received encouraging enquires from occupiers.”
The site is prominently situated close to the ring road on the south east side of Thame.
The park also adjoins a new housing development enjoying views over farmland at the rear and side.
The offices will provide a range of high quality office accommodation, and have been constructed to the highest of standards.
The buildings will also incorporate a whole range of energy saving measures which have been designed to ensure that the occupiers’ future running costs are minimised, claims the firm.
Buildings will range from 2,000 sq ft to 9,353 sq ft.
The development is being marketed by NJ Commercial Ltd of Oxford.
