Man assaulted by gang in late night attack on Bicester Road

A 23-year-old man was left severely injured after being attacked by a gang of thugs when walking along Bicester Road, Aylesbury.

The man suffered severe swelling to his right eye, which required surgery and possible broken ribs and a broken jaw. His front teeth were also left broken.

Thames Valley Police believe the incident took place between 2.10am and 2.15am on Saturday morning at the junction with Ardenham Lane.

It is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to call PC Sarah Nicholls at Aylesbury police station on 101.
