Land Rover thieves in flat caps chased across Aylesbury after hit and run

Two thieves stole a Land Rover before going on a dangerous road rampage around Aylesbury.

The green Land Rover Defender was stolen from a farm in Broughton before being involved in a crash with another vehicle in Oxford Road, Stone.

When the stolen vehicle did not stop the other driver chased them but gave up because they were driving dangerously.

The Land Rover was abandoned in Chapman Close, Aylesbury, and the thieves were seen running towards Ellen Road.

The suspects are both white men who were wearing dark clothes and flat caps.

The Land Rover was stolen at about 1.05pm on August 18, police revealed today (August 30).
