THE newly-formed Thame Children’s Choir impressed the judges at only their second concert on Sunday.
They were part of the Regional Music For Youth Festival in Aylesbury and it was a lot more successful than their debut concert. The choir sang for the first time on December 18 but their chances were hit by people not being able to attend due to the snow. But this time they had judges there to see them sing and some of the comments included: “You make a lovely sound – it’s clear and pure and the intonation is always spot-on.”
Another judge said: “Your joy is infectious, it is wonderful!”
The choir will next sing at St Mary’s Church on May 14th.
