Cricket club get new nets

A VILLAGE cricket club has been given money to help fund new nets.

Tiddington Cricket Club has been awarded a grant of £8,502 by South Oxfordshire District Council so that it can buy new practice nets.

In all, 11 community projects across the county will be receiving a total of £84,183 as part of the council’s Under £15,000 Grants through the authority’s Community Investment Funds scheme.
