Court round-up: Thief stole from BHS and Marks & Spencer


A thief who pleaded guilty to stealing from BHS and Marks & Spencer in Aylesbury is featured in this week’s court list.

KIERAN MICHAEL BADGER, 35, of Rutland Path, Aylesbury. 1) On January 23 stole a bottle of whisky, worth £22, from Marks & Spencer, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On January 25 stole seven DVDs worth £73 from BHS, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JAMES MICHAEL SANDALLS, 23, of Alderson Close, Aylesbury. On November 25 in Aylesbury assaulted a female. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Awaiting sentence.

MARK CLARIDGE, 43, of St Johns Drive, Stone. On August 24 assaulted a male at the Eight Bells pub, Long Crendon. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

JAMES HENRY COFFEY, 33, of Rainborough Gardens, Aylesbury. On January 16 at Aylesbury Shopping Park, Cambridge Close, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £233, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

STUART SAM HYWOOD, 29, of Torridge Road, Aylesbury. 1) On January 22 drove a Vauxhall Zafira on the A413 in Wendover after consuming 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) On same date, took the Vauxhall Zafira (registration ending LMV) without the consent of the owner from Diane Walk, Aylesbury, and damaged the car and a roundabout. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date, drove while disqualified from driving. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

PHILIP SCOTT, 51, care of Westwood Walk, Aylesbury. On January 10 had in his possession two wraps of diamorphine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

JAMES WOODWARD, 19, of Lander Road, Aylesbury. On January 19 in Lander Road criminally damaged an internal wall. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £85, victim surcharge £15.
