On or around August 30 2012 failed to comply with a requisition from the registration officer at Aylesbury Vale District Council requiring him to give information for the purposes of maintaining registers of parliamentary and local government electors. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Fined £600, costs £900, victim surcharge £15.
CIARAN SIMON CLARKE, 27, of Taylor Road, Aylesbury. On July 15 in Aylesbury was concerned in the supply of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, pay £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge.
NICHOLAS MERRILL, 21, of Chestnut Close, Aston Clinton. On July 15 in Pitstone had on him a metallic BB gun imitation firearm. Pleaded guilty. Must carry out 80 hours unpaid work, pay £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge.
LIAM BOYCOTT, 21, of Roberts Road, Haddenham. On April 15 in Oxford Road, Aylesbury, drove Nissan Cabstar when it was piled in a top-heavy manner significantly above the sides of the vehicle, so that its use involved a danger of injury to people. Pleaded guilty. Fined £250, costs £65, victim surcharge £25, licence endorsed with three points.
JACKIE BAYLISS, 44, of Rignall Road, Great Missenden. On August 8 stole various items from Co-op in Prestwood. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
MARIAN DOBRE, 19, of Ripple Road, Barking, Essex. On August 24 stole alcohol and food worth £1,070 from Tesco Broadfields. Discharged conditionally, costs £45, victim surcharge £15.
RYAN SEAN GALLAGHER, 21, of Old Farm, Pitstone. On August 1 in Pitstone stole fishing equipment from an individual. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
ZUBIR KHAN, 20, of Elm Green, Aylesbury. On August 25 stole two items of clothing worth £63 from Sports Direct in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £72, costs £85, compensation £63, victim surcharge £20. His de-tagging device to be forfeited and destroyed.
RONAN JAMES MURPHY, 39, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On August 24 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
JOAN ANNETTE WELLS, 58, of Craigwell Avenue, Aylesbury. Between July 15 2009 and August 28 2012 dishonestly failed to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to income support, specifically full and accurate details of her capital. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally, costs £85.
SHAUN DAVID SURMAN, 26, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. Between May 5 and July 2 pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of a female. He sent her unsolicited messages via the WhatsAppsmartphone messaging service on at least 1,000 occasions, followed her without her consent at least 10 times and went uninvited to her address on numerous occasions in the hope of seeing her. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
