Cinderella set to make fairy tale entrance in Tring

BEST boos at the ready, singing voice warmed up – it’s time once again for the Court Theatre in Tring to bring you its annual family pantomime.

A show full of fun for everyone, director Nick Russon says: “What we do have is over 40 years of experience of producing family pantomimes in Tring featuring many well-known faces and a host of kids.”

And this year’s show is firm family favourite Cinderella so kids and adults alike can cheer the lovely Cinders, Prince Charming and Buttons and boo those very, very ugly sisters, that Wicked Stepmother and those horrid debt collectors – whoever they may be.

Tring School A-level student Melissa Travers who has played in the chorus for a number of years gets to star as Cinderella this Christmas.

Prince Charming is 24-year-old Joe Payne who has also come up through the Court Theatre’s ranks.

Many will know him as the lead singer in Tring band Tramp Etiquette.
