Bucks business awards are back

Buckinghamshire’s leading business awards are now open for entries.

And like last year the Bucks Herald will be supporting the glitzy event to be held at the Waterside Theatre.

Bigger and better than ever and with a new name, ‘The Bucks Ambassadors’ Enterprise Awards’ have been rebranded ‘The Buckinghamshire Business Awards’ to reflect the county’s position as the entrepreneurial heart of Britain.

The awards were launched at a reception hosted by Bucks Business First and B4 Bucks, at the Compleat Angler, Marlow.

First launched in 2006 to recognise and celebrate Bucks entrepreneurial spirit, vision and drive the awards have become a highlight of the business calendar.

There are various opportunities to get involved in the awards, either as an entrant or as a sponsor.

Thomas International, Buckinghamshire Community Foundation, John Lewis, Lloyds Bank and Natural Environment Partnership (NEP) have already been confirmed as sponsors.

Categories include: Apprentice Employer, Business Leader, Enterprising Charity, Excellence in Customer Service, Exporter, Green Business, Innovative Business, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality, Rural Business, Small Business.

The winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony at The Waterside Theatre in Aylesbury on May 15, 2014.
