Learning to make a Scotch egg, while enjoying a new spring menu was the order of the day at The James Figg.
The Cornmarket, Thame pub welcomed new head chef Jack Bull, 24, who showed regulars who to cook the classic breaded snack at an event last week.
The award-winning chef has created a brand new menu, which showcases old favourites with a twist, as well as some new creations.
And the pub’s landlord Tom Goldsmith is thrilled to have him on board.
He said: “Jack’s a great chef and turns out plate after plate of really good, fresh food.
“We’re really pleased to be launching his new menu.”
