The headteacher of Wendover’s John Colet School said she was ‘delighted’ after 25% of the school’s A-level exams were graded A* to B.
The top performers were Rachel Durrant, who got an A* in Maths, an A and a B in Double Award ICT and a D in Further Maths, while Josh Smith achieved an A in Business Studies and an A and a B in Double Award ICT.
Headteacher Christine McLintock said: “We are delighted with the results which are the culmination of a lot of hard both from students and staff.
“Students are off to the university or have secured jobs and apprenticeships in professions that they want to follow.
“We know that they will keep in touch so that we can hear how they are progressing.”
The overall pass rate was 96%.
