An Aylesbury teenager did the town and his country proud by winning the Junior World Natural Bodybuilding Federation Championships in the USA at the weekend.

Chris Roche won the prestigious title at the tender age of 19 after working on his physique at Aylesbury’s BodyFlex Gym.

The musclebound teen had been training under the guidance of retired bodybuilder and BodyFlex owner Tony Montalbano.

“I’m very proud of Chris,” Montalbano said.

“I retired in 2006 with the world title so to see someone as young as him follow in my footsteps makes me very proud. His story has just begun.”
