With just two weeks remaining in the Monday Handicap Doubles League, leaders Supreme Legacy have extended their lead over Alpha to 10.5 points with a 19-1 win over Divided by Time.

Sam Burch led them to victory with a 675 series. Second-placed Alpha could only manage an 11-9 win in a low scoring affair with Splits Happen. The most important match of the week saw fourth-placed Fallen Apart beat third-placed Goiodfellows 14-6 and with last week’s match still to be decided, Fallen Apart could well occupy third place. After a few weeks of below par performances, Neil Craske made 602 to beat his partner Richard Purser by a mere pin to combine well to inflict defeat on The Goodfellows who did have Tony Caputa rolling 650 with not so much support from dad Cal.

Bottom team The Rank Oitsiders were aided by Alan Hanafin with a 610 series in a rare win for them over The A.Ties whose Paul Brooks continues as the league’s top average bowler rolling 626 this week.

In the final match The Dohnuts beat Little & Large 13.5-6.5.
