RAMPANT Chinnor scored 11 tries as they smashed Newbury 67-0 away.
Currently sitting at the top of the league, the Thame club showed their title credentials as they brushed aside the opposition with ease.
The first of Chinnor’s 11 tries came in the fourth minute and the outcome looked certain from then on.
In the 11th minute, after two quick rucks, some precise passing released Richie Williams to score Chinnor’s second and Gilbert crashed over for the third.
Prinsloo, running a wonderful line, slipped Seymour in for Chinnor’s fourth with half an hour gone.
After the break, Chinnor scored a muscular try as Matt Goode forced his way over the line. A minute later, Colver carried the ball straight through the home defence and then Prinsloo created havoc to allow Jackman to score.
Chinnor’s next score was perhaps the best of the match as Goode effortlessly stepped past four tackles.
Further tries from Goode, Seymour saw the visitors put a gloss on what was a very one-sided victory.
Chinnor face Newton Abbot this Sunday at home.
