White hot Ellen ready to help fire Gunners through in Champions League
Ellen White
Aylesbury football star Ellen White scored to give Arsenal the upper hand going in to the second leg of their UEFA Women’s Champions League last 16 tie today (Wednesday).
White helped put Arsenal in control of the first ever last-16 meeting between two former champions as they beat 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam 2-1 in the home leg.
Though Potsdam’s late goal has given them hope, former Chelsea and Leeds striker White will be hoping to start and finish the job when they travel to Germany.
