THAME girls under 14 marched through to the final of the Oxfordshire County Cup with an extra time win over league rivals Carterton.
Thame lead at half-time through a Dawn Hankins goal then gave away a soft penalty 12 minutes from time.
With the score 1-1 at full time the match entered extra-time with neither side able to make the breakthrough until two minutes from time when the ball fell to Chloe Morris who unleashed a drive from inside the area which hit the back of the net to the delight of the home fans.
With Carterton now pushing forward the ball broke to Jess Dixon on the left who ran 35 yards before sliding the ball past the away keeper with the last kick of the game.
Thame now face Oxford City in the final.
