Aylesbury FC fans can start reorganising their 2014 fixture diaries after some of the recent raft of postponed games were rearranged today (Tuesday).

Postponed Calor Southern League Division One Central matches against AFC Hayes and Rugby Town have now been rearranged for dates in January and February, weather permitting.

The Moles will entertain Hayes at Haywood Way on Tuesday January 28 (kick off 7.45pm). High-flying Rugby will now be the visitors on Tuesday February 18 (kick off also 7.45pm). FC’s flooded pitch has seen a number of games off this winter including the Boxing Day derby against arch rivals Aylesbury United, which will now take place on Tuesday February 11.

Meanwhile, in an effort to get the pitch ‘back to its best’ the Moles are holding a ‘working party’ on Sunday from 9am.

Now floods have subsided there is plenty to do to get the pitch playable again. Equipment such as shovels and brooms are needed.
