Aylesbury FC scored three goals away from home but could only draw while United continued their fine pre-season form with another five star thumping.

Aylesbury FC played out an exciting 3-3 draw at Dunstable on Tuesday night.

FC took the lead early on through O’Sullivan after a slick passing move before Dunstable hauled themselves level and then went ahead after being awarded a penalty.

The hosts made it 3-1 before half-time but FC hit back in the second half through O’Sullivan again.

FC got the chance to level when they were given a spot kick. Grace’s effort from 12 yards was saved but he poked home the rebound to make it 3-3.

FC take on Didcot in their final pre-season friendly on Saturday.

Elsewhere on Tuesday night, Aylesbury United’s pre-season preparations ended on a high note with a convincing 5-1 win at Division One side New Bradwell St Peter.

A hat-trick from Stacey Field along with goals from Jack Wood and Ian Cooper saw Aylesbury finish on a high ahead of their crucial FA Cup opener with Enfield 1893 on Saturday.
