Ducks looking to resume title bid
The Ducks have the perfect chance to get their title push back on track when they entertain the Spartan South Midlands Premier League’s basement boys and local rivals Holmer Green on Saturday.
Tony Joyce’s men, who did not play at the weekend, slipped six points behind leaders Dunstable Town when they lost to St Margaretsbury. At the same time Dunstable were busy putting 11 past Holmer, who sit bottom having conceded 78 goals in 19 games.
The Ducks travel to Dunstable on Tuesday night in the Premier Division Cup.
