After seeing their matches called off FIVE times this season, Aylesbury United will finally entertain Daventry tonight (Wednesday).

The Ducks go into the game off the back of a 3-2 Bucks derby defeat at Marlow

The fixtures between the two clubs have been postponed because of the Northamptonshire club’s cup commitments and the bad weather.

Two matches between the clubs will now take place within the next seven days, as the return is scheduled for next Tuesday (March 11) at Communications Park.

And United boss Joyce is well aware of the threat the visitors pose.

He said: “Daventry are doing very well and it will be another tough match.

“I am expecting us to make one or two changes for the game as we have a busy month ahead of us.

“We have five home league games in March and we should be looking to get some points on the board in the coming weeks.”

United’s current fixture list leaves them with 16 matches to fit in before the end of the season in April.
