A new child-friendly indoor exercise class focused on toning up and trimming down is being launched in Aylesbury.
BodyTone is a new concept from self-confessed fitness fanatic Tara Eastmead who set up her own business, Thrive Personal Training, after a 15-year career in marketing.
The marathon veteran has recently become a mum herself and is making the BodyTone classes child friendly because she knows the pressures mums and dads are under. Having started off with her successful boot camps, Tara is hoping BodyTone will attract people looking for a less full-on fitness experience.
She said: “BodyTone is slightly less intense than boot camp! Yet still focused on fat burning and an all over body workout.
“It is instructed to music and the structured class includes a warm up, main workout, cool down and stretching.”
Classes start in Aylesbury on Saturday June 1, 9.15am-10am at the Elmhurst Community Centre. There is also a class in Thame starting Tuesday June 4, 5.30-6.15pm at the CPM Warehouse.
The class is £45 for 10 weeks, you can mix and match between the two locations and you only have to pay for classes you can attend. For more info call 07872 449019, email email@example.com or visit Thrive
