400 scrap cars, outbuildings and a workshop have been affected by a fire at a scrapyard in Oakley.
Ten callers reported seeing plumes of smoke from the yard in Oxford Road at around 8am yesterday morning (Tuesday).
A 200 metre cordon was set up around the site because acetylene cylinders were involved.
Crews from Aylesbury, Wycombe, Waddesdon and three from Oxfordshire attended and used a main jet, a compressed air foam jet and a water shuttle.
UK Power Networks also attended because overhead cables were affected by the blaze.
