Two women released over Aylesbury pub attack

Two women arrested in connection with a bottling at an Aylesbury pub have been released without charge.

The women, both aged 22, were arrested on suspicion of causing GBH after another woman was reportedly hit in the face with a bottle at the New Zealand in Buckingham Road.

The 26-year-old victim required hospital treatment for a cut to her face. Police said she was lucky not to be more seriously injured.

The incident happened at around 12.18am on March 3.
