The director of a catering business is licking his lips at the prospect of being named London and South East Director of the Year.

Geoffrey Harrision, founder and chairman of family run Harrison Catering Services of Thame, has been providing clients with bespoke, fresh food at a reasonable price since 1994 and now has a turnover of £57 million.

Mr Harrision has now been named as a finalist in the awards run by the Institute of Directors and features in the family business category.

He said: “I was absolutely thrilled to hear that I am a finalist in London and South East Director of the Year Awards.

“Growing and developing the business with my daughter and son over the last 18 years has been a real privilege.

“To have this recognised by the institute is the icing on the cake.”

Mr Harisson will find out if he wins the award at the ceremony at the Landmark Hotel, London on April 19.
