Temporary classrooms at fire-hit school

TEMPORARY classrooms could be built in time for the autumn term at Cuddington and Dinton C of E School following the fire.

At a full meeting of the governors, the situation was reviewed and they approved the plans and recommendations to find a way forward.

As a result of that meeting, some information was abled to be shared in a letter from the headteacher, Mrs Kim Price, and Chris Blumer who lives in Cuddington and chairs the governing body.

There were plans for a temporary building with four junior classrooms and staff facilities which would be sited in the paddock on the Infant site at Cuddington.

On reading the information and looking at pictures of the proposed temporary building it was thought that the buildings would be completed and ready for use by the autumn term.

There was a meeting scheduled for Monday, when all questions were going to be answered and information shared.
