A total of 81 students at Barley Hill School in Thame have helped set a new world record.

The youngsters took part in the world record bid for the most people signing and singing a song simultaneously in February.

A group of 114,277 students and teachers took part in the challenge.

Steve Powell, chief executive at deaf charity SignHealth, said: “We are delighted to have broken the world record for the second year running and we are going to try and beat it again next year.”
