ARTWORK created by the children at Ickford Combined School was on display at the village’s church throughout half-term.
There were creations such as mosaics, stain glass designs, clay pottery and embroidery at the Church of St Nicholas, all of which were made by the pupils.
Headteacher at the school John Ronane was delighted with how well the children had done and said: “I was really pleased because a lot of work went into making them and the quality was very high.
“There was a huge variety there and it was nice for the children to see it with their parents at half term.”
Staff at the school changed the curriculum for a week so the children could study history and art with these designs being the end product.
The children were delighted to see their art on display.
