Students from Stagecoach Thame are celebrating after achieving success in both solo and team categories at the Milton Keynes festival of music, dancing and drama.

In the individual categories, Hester Cameron (right, back row) achieved first place in the Sight Reading category and second in the Shakespeare and Poetry categories while Megan Higgins (second from right, back row) finished third in the Drama Solo section.

Stagecoach Thame also entered the Dramatic Scene from a Published Play category with their Advanced Drama Troupe who came home with first place and the trophy.

The team in this category were Max Bonson (far left), William Poulter (second from left), Amelia Farley (back row, yellow top), Fay Goodwin (front row, red top), Emilie Felicien (back row, third from right), Emma Wainwright (third from left) and Talia Hatch (fourth from left).

Teachers Lianna Eastman (holding the trophy) and Georgia Gasson, along with principal Nicky Goodwin provided support on the day.

Nicky said: “I am delighted with how well our students have done especially since this is our first time participating.”
