CELEBRITY goat George was on hand to help Oxfam Thame unwrap its new Christmas promotion.

George, who is the official mascot for the RAF (pictured right), was at Thame Town Hall to help the local branch of the charity kid-start their latest promotional campaign.

Oxfam Unwrapped offers the charity-minded the chance to buy a gift card for a friend which then sees a much-needed donation go towards those in need. You can buy anything from school dinners to trees, building materials or even goats like George.

The donations go to communities in poorer countries to help them work their way out of poverty.

The stall was in Thame alongside the Farmers’ Market last Saturday. George was there from 10am until 11am.
