UPDATED: School’s out as weather claims numerous closures with MORE snowfall on the way

Numerous schools throughout the Vale have announced they will close early (today) due to increasing snowfall.
Brill CofE School took early action by closing a day early in anticipation of the snowfall.
The school said problems with its heating meant five classrooms were too cold to be used.
It has advised parents to check the school website on Monday for news on any further closures. Click here
Many other have now taken similar measures due to the increasing snowfall and have requested buses and parents to collect students from midday.
