Santa’s sleigh fundraising rides home with loads of cash
Thamn
Thame and District Round Table would like to thank town residents and villagers from Long Crendon and Haddenham for their generosity and support in the days leading up to Christmas, with more than £6,000 being donated to the annual Santa Sleigh fundraising initiative.
This year Santa was out and about for 10 nights and one afternoon in Thame town centre.
Eighty per cent of the donations received will help fund projects for several local groups including Chiltern Juniors Netball Club, Thame Lighthouse, the Oxford School of Gymnastics, and Thame Youth Memorial.
