People who work with children and young people in Thame can apply for funding from Oxfordshire County Council.
Bids to the £100,000 Chill Out Fund are assessed each month and successful applicants must match the amounts awarded.
Councillor Melinda Tilley, cabinet member for education, said: “The Chill Out Fund is there to support those working with young people and children locally to ensure that they can access positive activities.”
Anyone wishing to apply for funding should download an application form from the county council website and then return via email or in the post.
