Festive spirit still alive in Vale with thousands raised for rotary club
The rotary club's Santa float
The Rotary Club of Aylesbury has said a ‘big thank you’ after its Christmas activities raised £10,691 for charity.
Each year Rotary volunteers collect outside Hale Leys Shopping Centre and decorate a float which travels through the town.
The money collected will be used by Rotary to further its work to eradicate polio among other worthy causes. For more details about the work of Rotary visit www.aylesburyrotarynews.blogspot.co.uk
