Family devastated by death of devoted mother of four killed in crash

The family of a 61-year-old mother who died in a two-vehicle collision in Haddenham have said they have been left devastated by her loss.
Chris Gatenby died when the blue Ford Focus she was driving collided with a red and white Iveco recovery truck on the A418 at about 3.35pm on Friday.
Mrs Gatenby, of Hemel Hempstead, was married with four children and two grandchildren. She was a trained florist and a keen gardener and allotment holder.
Her family said: “Chris had a strong Christian faith and was involved in various church activities in St Albans. She was devoted to her family and friends and they are devastated by her loss.”
