Dramatic moment teenager teeters on multi-storey edge

This is the dramatic picture of a teenage girl standing precariously on the rooftop of a multi-storey car park.

Thames Valley Police were called to the incident at 3.03pm today (Tuesday) at the Friars Square car park in Aylesbury but the girl had already safely made her way off the rooftop.

Several tweets of the incident were posted before the girl was finally brought to safety.

Emily Hodson, who tweeted the dramatic picture above wrote: “Tense moment...”

She later tweeted “thank god” after the girl was safe.

Police confirmed they were called to the incident but officers were not required. Welfare officers also attended.

Friars Square manager Andy Margieson said he was in talks with police regarding the incident.
