A new government scheme where householders can borrow money to install energy efficiency measures will be up for debate at Chinnor’s Village Centre on Thursday.

The Green Deal has received a lot of criticism but Rebecca Nestor from Oxfordshire Low Carbon Hub will be at Chinnor and Thame Friends of the Earth’s next public meeting to explain how it works and can be accessed.

The meeting begins at 7.30pm on March 21 and entrance is free. There will be time for questions and debate.
